Collingwood House is an 8-sleeper holiday home in Trafalgar on the Lower KZN South Coast with stunning 180° sea views and a lovely swimming pool. Ideal for a family or for a group. The home is situated on a double stand and surrounded by indigenous trees and a tropical garden. This large and comfortable home is secluded and child friendly, and has a large balcony, half of which is enclosed, where you can enjoy the sea view while soaking up the sun.
 
The amazing Blue Flag beach is a mere 2km from the door step, and Trafalgar is a just few minutes’ drive from Southbroom, Margate and San Lameer, as well as Shelly Shopping Centre.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there are also braai facilities. There is a double garage with secure parking for 2 additional cars. A DSTV connection is supplied but kindly bring your own decoder and smartcard.
 
Ideal for a family or group, the house comprises of 4 bedrooms that share the use of 2 bathrooms with baths and showers. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed with a bathroom on suite. The second bedroom contains two single beds. The third and fourth bedroom contain double -sized beds.   For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels.  Please ensure that no bath towels are taken to the swimming pool or beach front.
 
Well behaved pets are welcome but please discuss in advance.  The rental price includes the service of a housekeeper on a daily basis. The house and garden are both equipped with armed response.
 
This comfortable holiday home is in a suburban area and guests come here on holiday to relax and unwind. No smoking is allowed indoors. We are considerate of our neighbours - therefore no loud parties, fireworks or unruly behaviour will be accepted.

High Season: R2000 per night for the unit/ up to 8 guests

Peak Season: R2700 per night for the unit/ up to 8 guests
